CARPACCIO BLACK TRUFFLE
Carpaccio contains 46% wild black truffle (Tuber Aestivum), extra virgin olive oil, plant oil, and salt. It is used to make pasta sauces, meat, and risotto. Few pieces over any meal provide a special taste. It intensifies the taste of the light meals so you can use it with your favorite salad. You can eat it with rusk or add our honey with truffles, as well as hard cheese and a glass of good wine.
