CARPACCIO BLACK TRUFFLE

Carpaccio contains 46% wild black truffle (Tuber Aestivum), extra virgin olive oil, plant oil, and salt. It is used to make pasta sauces, meat, and risotto. Few pieces over any meal provide a special taste. It intensifies the taste of the light meals so you can use it with your favorite salad.
