Nothing special.Dried truffles in the mill are an interesting addition to dishes and practical to use, as they enable quick dosing without complications. The aroma is pleasant, but much milder compared to fresh truffles, so it does not give the full and intense “wow” effect that I would expect. They are good for lightly enriching pasta, eggs or risotto, but they cannot replace a real truffle.
After all, a solid product for everyday use, but with slightly higher expectations it might disappoint.
