BAKED POTATO
- 1 kg potatoes
- 50 g corn flour
- 50 g red ground pepper
- 15 g TARTUFI SR Sea salt with black truffles
- 20 ml TARTUFI SR Olive oil with black truffle flavor
- TARTUFI SR Ketchup with black truffles
Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into slices and put them in cold water. Then mix the corn flour, ground red pepper, roll potatoes in the mixture and cover with TARTUFI SR olive oil with black truffle flavor. Arrange the potatoes on baking paper in a tray and sprinkle with TARTUFI SR Sea salt with black truffles. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 c (392 F) for 20 minutes. Serve crispy potatoes with TARTUFI SR Ketchup with black truffles.
