PUMPKIN POTTAGE
- 1 kg of nutmeg pumpkin
- 2 carrots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 onions
- pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 100 ml sour cream
- 40 ml TARTUFI SR Olive oil with white truffle flavor
- TARTUFI SR Sea salt with black truffles
- 1.5 l of water
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and fry together with garlic, onion and carrot in TARTUFI SR olive oil with white truffle flavor. When the vegetables are soft, pour water, add pepper, TARTUFFI SR Sea salt with black truffles and bay leaf. Boil for 20 minutes. After cooking, remove the bay leaf and beat all the ingredients with a stick mixer. Serve potage in bowls, add sour cream and fenugreek seeds.
